900 km express delivery
It was a dark and stormy October day. Regional Sales Manager Sami Vaara’s phone rang. A customer urgently needed a 2-pole, 75 kW electric motor with a B35 mounting arrangement.
Our Masala warehouse had a suitable B3 motor in stock, and our production service team got to work immediately. The motor was converted from B3 to B35, and the bearing grease was replaced with grease suitable for high temperatures.
Just a couple of hours later, the motor was ready for its 900-kilometre journey to the customer with our trusted taxi partner Julin.
Our Masala warehouse and flexible production service are a strong combination when time is critical. With a suitable motor on the shelf and the necessary modifications available under the same roof, we can respond quickly to our customers’ needs.
